All products undergo a rigorous 3-layer quality inspection before shipping. This ensures that every item is free from defects and meets our quality standards.
Because of this careful process, the likelihood of receiving a defective product is extremely low.

2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch

If a customer chooses to cancel an order after the product has been shipped, a refund will be issued after deducting the applicable delivery charges.

3. Undelivered or Returned Packages

Refund deductions also apply under the following circumstances:

• The customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery.

• The customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address.

• The customer is unavailable at the delivery location and the courier returns the product to us.

In all such cases, a refund will be processed after deducting the delivery charges.
